It was good, though a little confusing at first. I’d gotten indications at first the order was cancelled early on, and I reached out for clarification, though received no reply. The bottle was delivered in reasonable time, but about a quarter of its contents had leaked in shipping. The packaging appeared about as good as possible, so I put it down to bad luck. Maybe its journey was air travel and cabin pressure caused a leak—no visible damage. No blame for Barbank, just a spot of bad luck.

It’s impossible to get in touch with someone when you don’t receive your order. I was home all day the items were out for delivery. Then it’s marked as delivered. I get that’s not Barbank’s fault but I started a claim with UPS and despite multiple emails to various accounts due to UPS saying they need info from the shipper, all I get in return are surveys.
