Order delivered 4 days late and after the event it was intended for, given reason the usual ‘delay due to a supply chain issue’. Bad communication and customer service showed no interest in my delivery problem at all, 0800 number for voicemail only, WhatsApp no response, email slow, arrogant and condescending response. Product that was supposed to be fresh was frozen and arrived half-thawed. Reviews in their website deceivingly all 5* but real reviews in Trustpilot are not so great. Will not use again and would advise not to use London Grocery
