I don't understand why London Grocery DOES NOT PUT USE BY DATES ON ITS MEAT AND FISH PRODUCTS! In the UK, the use by date (not just the date the food was packaged) is a strict food safety requirement for highly perishable foods, making it a criminal offence for businesses to sell or display food past this date. You can be prosecuted for not providing this information, yet London Grocery have failed to do so - in two orders I have received now.

I got mixed emotions about the shop. I buy regularly from them for months now and now I got two issues which makes me think to not buy from them anymore. I bought few products and I got email that one product won't be available for delivery and it was said that it will be refunded but I still haven't seen money. Months now passed and on my emails exchanged and still nothing. My recent experience where my parcel has been delivered to someone else I can't even get tracking number from them.
