Standard ordering practice so ease of use if fine. Not impressed by the apathy of customer service after making a complaint about sizing. Offered only a partial refund or I return the products at my own expense and get nothing back. That's either an error or poor communication. No real explanation why a size 38" waste can't fit into a product designed for 42-46" waste. Something isn't right and appears no intention by Mr. Saker to address the discrepancy moving forward.
