A representative reached out to me via email when it was noticed the robe I ordered was a size smaller than the underwear I ordered. I told the representative to change the size of the robe to the next size higher, or a large, but I got no response and was still sent the medium. After trying on the medium, I felt the large would've still been preferable. What's the point in emailing me about possibly updating my order if your're not going to follow through with the update?
