So at first I was frustrated because the product was taking so long to ship. I fired off an email - and you very kindly offered compensation which I appreciated but did not take - and the package arrived the next day. Your tracking, however, had predicted another two weeks till I would have gotten the package, missing a birthday. But it ended well, and was worth the wait. But I would definitely re-haul your shipping calendar.

Varorna är visserligen helt okej, men de lever verkligen inte upp till den kvalitet som utlovas på nätet. Med tanke på priserna förväntar man sig något betydligt mer genomarbetat och exklusivt. Ärligt talat känns det som att marknadsföringen lovar mer än produkterna faktiskt levererar. Hade returprocessen inte varit så omständlig hade jag utan tvekan skickat tillbaka allt direkt.

Shipping was a bit timely

A representative reached out to me via email when it was noticed the robe I ordered was a size smaller than the underwear I ordered. I told the representative to change the size of the robe to the next size higher, or a large, but I got no response and was still sent the medium. After trying on the medium, I felt the large would've still been preferable. What's the point in emailing me about possibly updating my order if your're not going to follow through with the update?

Did not fit sized wrong, I only weigh 130 lbs but I would need a large in these and only received 2 pairs, I wasted $50

Didn't give enough description plus the product seems to be running small especially since they come from China they are smaller you can't seem to get a big enough one to fit on regular size American guy.
