Cheaps out on shipping, making the wait process generally unpleasant for no viable reason. ive had one Pen make it relatively on time every, its frustrating how inconsistent the service is. choose a better shipping service that USPS, also most people know that government ran facilities do their own thing, thats why its so cheap. Please use all the money that people spend on extra shipping, and get people better shipping. its funny how that would just solve the problem. Not everyone is that smart
