There was no way of checking on my order and when 30 days had past after I was told it shipped I tried to cancel it because I was done waiting and started to feel duped. I was told I was not allowed to cancel and then magically it arrived within days. I should have left it in the box and returned it for a refund but I stilled hoped it would be as good as it seemed. I was wrong.

I ordered on Sept 2nd. Your email, post order, stated that the product would be sent out shortly. Almost 2 weeks later, I emailed to ask when it would be arriving. It arrived on Sept 21. It did not include instructions on how to get into classes nor did I receive an email about it. I finally received a refund the beginning of November after multiple follow-up emails. Also, you did not send me the full product. I requested the full refund because you did not send me the full product and it took several weeks for you to even return my emails. You said you needed to charge me your shipping fee of $29 (this is stated on your website). I thought that was ridiculous because you did not send me the full product and it took two months for you to refund my money. It also cost me $26 to send the product back to you.
