I ordered a pair of glasses, but what I received is not as described. The color is different – the sides are silver instead of gold – and there are scratches on the top left and bottom left parts of the frame. The quality is also very poor.
I contacted customer service, but I haven’t received any response. I don’t know if I can return the item or get a refund. Nobody is replying, which is very disappointing and upsetting. I expected much better service.
