I prefer ordering directly via email. Every time I try to order on the website I wind up misunderstanding and order an additional pair of either lenses or frames so something isn't clear about the order process. It's happened multiple times and I just give up because I'd rather just tell someone what I want. I responded to an email ad with this exact problem and they got right back to me and I was able to order in a straightforward way that I prefer.
