Asked for the order to be cancelled before it was manufactured, this was disregarded and they were still manufactured. I then got a notice the order was ready to ship, so I asked for the order not to be shipped and instead cancelled. This was disregarded. The glasses were then shipped with an incomplete address, and bounced to another city in Canada when they were shipped from out of country. I reached out for a refund, them 'We mutually agreed to a cancellation before they were shipped" What?
