Awful quality drum, out of tune, unacceptable resolution by customer service. Wait weeks for a response and the responses are only vague answers leading you to respond and wait weeks for the next email "assuring that our customer satisfaction is very important to us. That is totally false. I would never recommend the Sonodrum drum to anyone.
