Product is good, but customer service ruined this company for me. Website did not say my items were "preorder" however; it didn't ship, didn't ship, didn't ship. I asked for a refund and the next day they shipped. No apologies, just took the money and shipped. It took a month. Also see they mark up online prices and then claim they're having a giant sale. So dumb in 2024.
