I would have given a 5 star here but I ordered the wrong size and did not get any support. I sent an email to the link/email provided on the order asking if I could get the queen instead of the king. However, I had never heard back from anyone and the king ended up shipping. Lucky for me the product was 100% worth every penny and I love it so much I don’t even care it’s too big for my bed haha.

This was a great experience, I received my blanket and it was supposed to have a sleep mask. It never came with one so I wrote an email and it was sent out the next day. Good customer service is huge now days. Many companies have lost that.

Stuck me with $90.00 in duty fees. But listed the item as free shipping. When I contacted them, they knew I might be charged. There is some fine print on their order page now, but it wasn't there when I ordered and even now, it's not prominent enough. Nor does it give any indication of what the duty costs may be.
