I want to return some items as they are too big. Sent an e-mail (as in the description) but never got a reply. A second order never arrived, it shows up as delivered, but that was my first order. :( Bit dissapointed because the items are beautiful. But spending that much money and not receiving anything or being able to return it, is not worth it.
