I have been ordering from Maati Crafts quite a few times and I must say it has been a seamless and a hassle free experience. The orders are delivered on time. The packages come in cute little cotton bags which I absolutely love.
One suggestion is to improve the website like the filters on products don't work properly. Also maybe a mobile app would be more convenient. The website sometimes take time to load the products & the images.
