Delivery was fast took about 10 days overall. The scooter is great ! I was forced to ride in heavy rain and it’s working 100%. The scooter goes about 45km per hour and faster going downhill. Overall it’s well worth the money. I would recommend purchasing this scooter and the website was fine to buy off.

Il servizio offerto da parte di kugoo.eu non è abbastanza buono, dovrebbero migliorarlo ci sono molti altri siti di questo brand che hanno anche servizi più istantanei come whatsapp mentre kugoo.eu non ce l’ha e anche il Sergio per e-mail devono migliorarsi perché nemmeno rispondono o se rispondono lo fanno dopo diversi giorni senza dare supporto.

No customer support. Emailed them 15 days ago. Have my scooter less than a month and its faulty. Completely dissatisfied. Got a Kukirin C1 pro 2024 version. Wheels constantly going flat and I even got tubes installed to attempt to fix it but still going flat. Worst service I have experienced in an after sale ever.
