It is not user friendly. They want you to take pictures of all your returns. They make it difficult to shop because of this. Hard to return since it has to go back to China and us not cost affective to do so then they offer 25% off your next purchase so you'll keep it, becomes a vicious cycle as your next purchase will be just as bad. I cannot recommend Roschic.
