When I reached out for a return, I was told I could keep the dress and receive a $3 refund. After declining, they increased the offer to $5. I continued to request a full refund, only to be told I’d have to pay for return shipping to China—despite the package being shipped to me from New York. The entire experience felt misleading and shady.
