Everything about this experience was bad. The pens are Made in Chone. They are well-made but terribly designed, and can not be used for writing for more than about two minutes before fatigue, and can not be used with gloves on. The return process was onerous. Isaac in "customer service" is obnoxious and incompetent. I recommend you avoid this company,
