In order to figure out that the gloves I purchased are JUNK, I needed to remove them from their packaging, charge the batteries and use them outside, which in turn makes themI won't be spending a dime with your ineligible for a refund, exchange, or return. So, I'm stuck with a $70 pair of heated gloves that barely heat up, that are too bulky to do anything with outside. They're no better than a $10 pair of gloves from Walmart. I won't be spending a dime with your company in the future.
