I have purchased a Lychee tree from your shop. When it got delivered on 08 Oct, all leaves are dried out.
It seems that there is a problem with the parcel picked up from you end and it caused the plant dehydrated.
Please look the photo below for the plant condition. I am not sure if it can still grow.

I love to get the emails advising what is new. I also love that it informs us where to plant it. The only thing I occasionally miss is to see the full view of the plant fully grown which gives us a better indication of where we should plant it. I really like Zootopia nursery.
