Terrible on all accounts. I would not buy anything from this company again and warn others not to buy. Canada took many weeks to be shipped to the wrong address. Customer service Irene was completely dismissive and fantastic at wasting time. In the end I wasted my time, lost my money, and never got the product I paid for. -1 stars
