Absolutely disgraceful service received an item with missing piece. Contacted the shops upon receipt and the emergency of it since it was so close to Eid. The shop failed to provide me with a full response. My sister had to go to the shop for me then to receive a return label. I have since sent the outfit back and requested my refund via WhatsApp and email but no response from the shop. No accountability. Left out of picked and no Eid outfit due to no fault of mine!
