The macro lens I purchased does not create the promoted effect. After I tried it out I wanted to return it and get a refund. You don’t provide refunds. To ship this back, get store credit and then buy another size has about $40 worth of additional taxes and additional shipping. And there’s 0 guarantee that the other size will do anything different. This macro magnifier does not do what the video shows. Practically a fraud. I will do everything in my power to warn other photographers and filmmake

When I realized one of the filters I ordered was on backorder, so my whole order would be held until everything was back in stock, I emailed asking about options to get the other filters to me in time for shoots I had booked. I’m bummed because I love these lens filters, but I had a bad experience with the shipping. I hadn’t heard anything about if it had shipped. I had to reach out and apparently there was a large delay. I had to put off some of my photo shoots due to it being delayed. I asked if I could have an extra lens filter or some sort of a refund and I was told no.
