I was led to believe that it would arrive before Christmas when ordered with expedited holiday shipping. I ordered the glasses for chirstmas gifts, spent the extra $16 for expedited delivery and when they didn't arrive I sent an inquiry to customer service and did not receive a reply. I received a notice that the order was on it's way on 12/26 but the order did not arrive until the 3rd week in January.
