This is our third time buying this product. This purchase was to replace the first one we bought in Nov, 2022 the heating element had stopped working on that dryer. Apparently due to some lint buildup on the filter, we'll be cleaning this one on a regular basis.
It's too bad that when purchasing this unit nowhere does it say anything about cleaning the filter or how to do it, only thru customer service after it's to late!
