I received the product out of box, not working… I contacted the customer service, at first they said they will do a refund and send me a replacement, but then after a few round of email conversations, which is a waste of time, they finally see the fact that the product is broken out of box!!! But they said I can only choose either one of the solution: refund or replacement… disappointed at the customer service and a completely waste of my time so far
