My experience with Laifen. as the product is solid it does exactly what it state it's going to do I feel like my shipping was super quick everything was beautifully packaged nothing damaged it's just a beautiful package and I was excited about it there's absolutely nothing wrong with the product it just was something that I needed in a blow dryer that unfortunately this one doesn't yet come with and I say yet loudly because I'm sure that there will be some tweaks coming along
