Mediocre product, missing items, overpriced

We were not sent the size we ordered. No one would return calls or emails. We finally got a reply through messenger with a UPS code, and were told we would be sent what we ordered. We then received some cheap item from Amazon that was not your brand. Contacted you through messenger but still waiting for a reply with UPS code for return and money back. We put hold on payment through Apple Pay so we wouldn’t be charged interest.

Shipping time was good . We ordered another one .

The extra large I ordered only covers 2 seats on my bench seat. I e-mailed them and still have no response after 2 weeks and the phone number goes to voicemail.

The process was good the only issue have is I was told when it would be sent so I could watch for it but never was but I got it in a reasonable amount of time because as always when I order something I want to start using it the day before - lol

Scammy low-quality drop-shipper. The items I received were different than what was shown, and I never got the "free gifts" that were supposed to come with the purchase.

I placed an order but never received the item. I’ve reached out to the company twice asking for tracking information or a refund, and have not received any response. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that someone will finally respond. At this point, I would just like a refund for the purchase. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

We didn't get a mystery gift or a $25 gift certificate, but we did receive the tether and the backseat cover and are thrilled with both of them!!

Order #2197 - I never received this. I ordered the EXTRA LARGE FurGuard™: Hard Bottom Extender. I received the standard size. I never received the Gift Card OR the Mystery Gift. I have sent several emails, several texts and left several voice mails to get this corrected. I have a text message that says they would send me the EXTRA LARGE FurGuard™: Hard Bottom Extender right away along with a R code to send the old one back - I still have not received anything! All I want is what I paid for.

I didn't receive what I ordered, the shipping wasn't as timely as advertised, and I didn't not receive the gift card or mystery gift as advertised. I have requested a refund and return instructions several times with no response.
