Took forever no communication from support team when asked for update on my order quality of product is low for price

Never received gift card or the free gift. SCAM!!

Things went good

I never received any of the additional items that were supposed to be included with the seat cover. Separately, the seat cover I received was gray but all of the website product images were black. This was very misleading as I expected black since there was no acknowledgement that the color I received could vary, nor did it provide a color option. I reach out to the furfixco via their direct website chat and via email, never receiving a response. Very frustrating experience.

Our purchase was supposed to come with a seat belt , gift card , and mystery gift we only received the mat for $99

Never received the 25 gift card.

I have not received anything.

Terrible zero response from emails Does not at all do what it says it does. There is know way the flimsy bottom is sturdy enough to hold up.

I have been ignored

I spent the extra money to get the 2 XL backseat dog bed hammock. They instead mailed me out the small sized ones that barely fit my crew cab truck. I have emailed customer support several times, but still no reply back from them. It has been 2 going on 3 weeks now without a reply from this company! So, I rated this 1 star for terrible customer service and wrong items shipped after paying the extra for more and got less in return. They say you get what you pay for?! What a joke with this company

Poor communication

This company is a scam. Don’t order from them …. You don’t get your product or no response back from them

I liked the hard bottom dog hammock but they advertised a free mystery gift a $25 gift card and a seat belt dog leash that was supposed to be included but we never received them

Didn't care about the third party app to track package. Hard to figure it out and the only updates it gave were "it's on it's way".

Possibly over paid for a seat cover, time will tell. Also, no free stuff came with the order!

Furfix is a quality company with fast shippinig.

Shopping is easy, getting with someone in customer service is not! No one has gotten back with me by email and phone calls don’t go through!

I never received the portable stairs, I have sent 5 emails with no response. Left 2 voicemails with no response. So half my order is unfullfilled and no one will respond to my requests. So would say be careful of this company they are unrelieable.
