I submitted a yelp review and instead of recognizing the wrong doing, the response was combative. Bottom line is that that I was an unhappy customer with a cake that wasn’t what I expected and the response I received from the clerk was not that yet the yelp response stated. I was told that I could pick up the cake as it was or I could leave the cake and get 50% off, which was a ridiculous offer. And the 10% off wasn’t offered until Sunday but why would I want to reorder.
