Hidden charges. I got billed for tax for $44.60 for shipment to US when it should be free shipment according to the website

Save your money and stay as far away as you can! You will receive a ridiculous customs and border protection bill from FedEx that will cost double what you already paid for shipping. Do yourself the favor and don't even bother with this horrible company.

Poor service and missing item. I ordered two silk pillowcases but received only one. I emailed customer service about the missing item but they never replied. I also had to pay brokerage fees and taxes in full — including for the item I never received. Disappointed with the lack of communication and order fulfillment. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

No updates on delivery which has sat in the warehouse in Turkey for 3 weeks

Never received my pillow

Nonexistent customer service they say that they offer refunds, but I have not been able to reach the company to initiate a return. There’s no phone number to contact and no one is answering the emails. I’ve been sending for the last several weeks.

You are a fraud. Don’t have the pillow that a paid for.

I believe this company is false and a racket. They do not respond to any emails from the site or with the email provided. I will not pay $76 in tax and duty to receive a pillow. That’s more than half of what the actual pillow costs. I await a full refund.

It was easy and fast to order. Plus the Delivery did not take long, and I was able to enjoy my Beauty pillow soon after I purchased it

The product in the order arrived in a different colour to what I ordered and I still hasn't been able to exchange it.

Where is my order?!?! It has been almost a month since I ordered and there is nothing delivered yet! The only thing was that I received an email saying that my order is in its way and that was on 8 November! Contacted fedex after and they haven’t received my order yet, there was only a label created. Where is my order?!?

It has been more than a month and I have not received my order. I sent several emails but to no avail. No one gets back to you. The DHL tracking number does not exist!!!!!!!!!!

It didn’t give my the option to pay regular shipping fees and instead forced me to pay $20 for express shipping which was pointless as its been a month and haven’t received my package.

After 1 month I have not received my order and support team never replies. Would be useful to have an escalation contact on the website , because there is no response from the provided email.

They don’t respond to my emails. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for over 2 weeks in regards to a product issue. The website says “free and easy returns” and this is the furthest statement from the truth.

Sehr schlecht. Mir wurde ein Discount bzw eine Rücküberweisung von 60 Prozent versprochen, da ich darauf nicht schlafen kann. Hab es fast 2 Wochen ausprobiert. Diese Rücküberweisung wurde nicht eingehalten. Es erfolgt auch kaum eine Reaktion auf Mails. Ganz schlechte Firma mit kinderfeindlicher Kommunikation. Nie wieder und ich rate auch jedem von diesem Beauty Pillow ab.
