USPS is an awful experience. They reused a tracking number from a previous shipment so my order showed “delivered” the day I got the tracking number. I emailed fix-it-stix asking why it says delivered to CA when I live in CT and they promptly replied with the reason (duplicate tracking number). I waited about a week and a half for delivery and was completely in the dark on when it would arrive.
