I returned a tee to exchange for a large. I shipped it via FedEx which cost over $17. Now they want proof that I sent it when the tracking # I checked on said they received it. Thinking that they received the shirt I threw the receipt away. Ugh! Now what do I do?

I was not happy about the being entered into a monthly subscription from the beginning of placing my order. I understand the convenience of this option, but found it a little troublesome to withdraw my subscription when I discovered I had been signed up.
