Shopping with Eternal Light was easy and straightforward. You have a good social media campaign, however it was a bit frustrating to see images of items not currently offered within the ads. Lastly, please branch out to men’s shirts and designs that are biblically based. Keep up the great work!

Dependable customer service and fast delivery

Shirts arrived as expected and no problems.

Their customer service is the best. When I first started in the Club, I marked the wrong size shirt and received one shirt the wrong size. When I got my reminder email that it was about to ship again, I emailed that day and didn’t know if I would let them know in time for that shipment. When I received my shirt, it was the right size. Now that is customer service!! Thanks!

Only 3 because I ordered 3 shirts and one was incorrect size. Email said to respond to the email for contact and have yet to hear back.

When I first ordered many months ago it took almost forever for my order to arrive. I undertstand you were pretty new, and probably very over worked at the time. My mom mentioned ordering a few months after that and I warned her about the slow delivery. Well, hers got here very quickly, so I decided to give it another whirl. Yep, delivery was much faster by then. But, then came the aggravation of the tshirt club thing.
