We bought a nice selection of both hard, unpasteurised cheeses and also three beautiful pastureised softer cheeses. The Beauvale is a creamy, delicate blue , the Yarlington is a round, oozy cheese similar to a ripe Camembert. The red Cropwell Shropshire blue was a great find, quite tangy but creamy flavour at the same time. Each item is wrapped carefully in waxed paper and clearly labelled. It arrived courtesy of DHL in a cool bag within a cardboard box. A great place to buy your cheeses. Order quickly for Christmas!
