The online ordering was simple and each item had a description so I knew what I was getting. Shipping was done in a timely fashion as well! The only thing I didn't care for was how it redirected me to same site to receive the 1st time order discount when signing up for email list. I never got the discount...but it's ok. STILL WELL WORTH IT!
