I can always tell that extra care is taken in preparation of my parcel. The hand wrapping and packaging is so personal and it really goes the extra mile in a way that makes the customer feel like they’re recieving loving gift from a family member in the mail.

I ordered a few items to give for Christmas The packaging was amazing. There was even a little heated pack to prevent freezing. I was so happy. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition and of course all while being environmentally friendly.

I can't say enough about this company! Products are always packaged well and I love how all the materials are biodegradable and the packing peanuts dissolve in water! A little heat pack was added to keep the temperature regulated and a little personal note on the invoice is always a special touch. So warm and personal. These people really care and it's wonderful!!

I do much of my shopping online but this was a wonderfully different experience. I liked all the products and the packaging choices and it was delivered in a timely manner. But it was when it arrived that really impressed me. When I opened the box there was a hand written thank you and a sticker that said the packing puffs were compostable and what to do with them, I liked that. The items I bought were wrapped well instead of just thrown in a box. I got a free gift for spending a certain amount and that one had a little ribbon on it which was a nice little touch. Then there were some samples of other products to try and I will definitely buy those next time.

Shipping was very quick, I think I had my order the next day but I'm also in the same province. I'll be ordering again but when I move to New Brunswick, I'm sure shipping will be great still.
