The model arrived poorly packaged. The original box was not placed inside a shipping box and was instead wrapped repeatedly with packing tape. The box had been cut down, and the contents were badly crushed. Once opened, the box was so damaged there was no way to put the parts back inside properly. This is not acceptable packaging, especially if this were meant as a gift. Tracking updates were unreliable, and the item arrived while still showing as in transit. Overall, not a great experience.
