Products instructions could not be accessed via the web link provided, I then had to contact company to gain access to the build instructions. the I feel this web site could be clearer I thought it would come with instructions and nice packaging as per the initial front page suggests. Instead the product was shipped in a plain white postage bag, using ziplock bags. it shows on the website it comes nicely boxed. This was disappointing as it was meant as a Christmas present. I missed where it said no instructions come with it, when your new to the site this information needs to be in bold. This would have allowed me to download the instructions and have them printed out before the product came and then I could have added it to the gift wrapping.
