I like Block Zone, cool products, nice packaging, quick ship. However my first experience was a unit where you had to buy/download the instructions - not cool, and this last purchase had an instruction book, but was missing 65 steps. It was misprinted with a duplicate set of previous steps replacing the missing steps.

I had indicated that a number of parts were missing. I could no longer return the model because I had already opened it. I find this a strange course of action. The bags are resealable and I could therefore return the model in the same condition. However, this was no longer possible. Not good service. You will not get me as a customer this way. Maybe I should go back to Lego. It is more expensive, but the quality is much better, as is the service.
