It is 3/13 and have not received my order placed on 2/8, their support email is not functioning, and no response back from their website contact. I did receive a confirmation for my order, but never received an email that it has shipped - and now total silence when I attempt to reach them.

Never received an order I paid for!!

No customer service, they charged my account but never sent my order and unable to reach anyone regarding my order. I did receive an email asking how I liked my pants but when I’ve responded, repeatedly, that I never received them, I’ve never heard back from the company. Very disappointing and ridiculous that there is no way to contact a human being directly.

Not in business. Email bounces back. They will take your money though.

Never received order and can’t get ahold of the shop to resolve issue!!

I had an awful experience with this company. I still have not received my order that I placed months ago. I have tried to reach out to this company and my emails won’t go through because it said it was an invalid email address. There is no phone number and I submitted a request for a response, and no one has called me back or emailed me. I tried tracking the order and it said it is still being processed. I still have not received my order so I would like a full refund if they aren’t going to send the two pairs of pants that I ordered. Not a happy customer
