No customer service. No reason on why things are charged without my permission. Said 50 dollars free shipping and yet shipping is charged. I have no idea how this business can run. I guess by charging people more than what they expected and then ghost?

I would have liked to see customer reviews on their website. I took a chance on this company. They falsely advertise that the items ship within 1-2 days. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still waiting for my items to ship. Also, no response from customer service.

I’ve been looking forward to ordering from Finn+Emma for 6 years and I was finally able to purchase their “Biggie” and “Smalls” tshirt and onesie for my children. The quality of these pieces is truly outstanding, they are thick, durable and the furthest thing from anything you can buy in store. The ease of searching their site was great. The production and shipping was an added bonus handled in a timely manner.
