They shipped my shoes out very quickly, gave me some free socks due what I assume to be ordering two pairs of fairly expensive shoes lol, which I greatly appreciated. They also gave me some pretty sick stickers, and a hand written note with the lifetime warranty paper. I rarely write reviews but with such standout service as this, I feel compelled to share this and hope this brand grows, getting the credit they definitely deserve.
