It was easy to order, however communicating with the company to get an update on when I would be receiving my order is difficult. I several emails and received no response. It didn't smell like anything which was the whole advertisement surrounding getting this oil. I probably got a faulty product but there is no way to exchange it or return it. Not a trustworthy business sadly. Be safe and spend your money elsewhere that has more consistency and customer service.
