Ordered a product on the 3rd april and I'm still waiting on it being delivered (it's now the 30th). I've had to chase the late delivery up myself and off-grid didn't reach out once to let me know there was going to be a delay. I've had to chase it up myself and haven't even had a response from my last 3 attempts to contact them. I will not be using this company again.
