Update: Received the EXACT SAME item I told them was wrong. 3 days of emailing back and forth because no one there will pick up a phone and actually provide customer service. I think I have been more than patient and reasonable. But your offers to sell me more stuff when you can't get me the correct thing the first 2 times is probably a good sales technique and looks good on the bottom line but not very good customer service!
