I ordered some Rx glasses from Rudy Project Australia in 2024. Despite numerous attempts to contact them I was unable to and eventually had to log a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Over 6 months later despite not ever receiving the glasses and the company never apologising for the huge waste of my time they’re sending me emails to review their products so everything is getting a 1/5.
