I ordered four bracelets and they were too small and the clasps are extremely difficult to close with one hand. I asked for a refund and it was refused. I was offered replacements at a larger size but the clasp issue is the same. I would have preferred a refund as the products are functionally deficient.

The time from purchase to order was lengthy. I didn’t get a good sense of when the order would arrive until it shipped a week or two after I submitted the order. So far, the one bracelet I’ve worn in my order of four, broke quickly at the clasp. It gives the feel of a lack of quality in materials. I want to wear something high quality, interesting, and a fair price.

Improve your customer service No body likes to wait for months No one has time to do follow ups and wait.
